Store Policies – Ahsaas Jewellery

Welcome to Ahsaas Jewellery. These policies apply to all customers in India and abroad. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Product Authenticity
Most pieces are crafted in 92.5 sterling silver. As many designs are handmade, small variations in colour, polish or stones are natural and not considered defects.
2. Order Processing Time
- India orders: 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- International orders: 3–5 business days after confirmation.
Processing time includes quality check, packing and billing.
3. Shipping Policy
Within India: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are shared by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
International shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs.
Customs and import duties: For international orders, any customs, import taxes or local charges in the buyer’s country are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns only in specific cases:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective piece received
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and, if possible, an unboxing video.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used or worn jewellery
- Pieces that are damaged due to misuse, sweat or chemicals
- Customised or personalised designs
- Items without original packaging or invoice
6. Refunds & Store Credit
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we may offer:
- Refund to the original payment method, or
- Store credit / coupon for future purchases.
Refund processing time is usually 7–10 business days after approval.
7. International Order Returns
Because of higher courier and customs costs, returns on international orders are limited. In most cases we may offer a partial refund, replacement piece or store credit, depending on the situation and proof shared by the customer.
8. Payments
We currently accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, wallets and other options through trusted payment gateways. For international customers, supported card payments are processed through our payment partners.
We do not store full card details on our servers. All payments are processed on secure, encrypted gateways.
9. Privacy & Data Safety
We collect only the information needed to process your order and provide support, such as name, contact details, addresses and order history.
Data is used to:
- Process and deliver your orders
- Share shipping updates
- Improve our service and website
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Limited data may be shared with payment gateways, courier partners and analytics tools only for service-related purposes.
10. International Customers
If you place an order from outside India, your data may be stored and processed in India. By using our website, you agree to this transfer. Customs rules, import duties and local taxes are controlled by your country and are your responsibility.
